  Fuel pump would not give me a receipt. Purchased one of the pre-made salads and a plastic cup of fresh fruit. Both turned out to be bad. I purchased a fountain drink. The right side of the machine would not work at all. The machine to the left does not have any fizz in it. Since I could not get a Coke I got a Gatorade. An employee appeared to be arguing with the manager about an HR problem which definitely should not have happened at the fuel desk. I went out to my bus to leave. Then I decided to go back in. The employee was gone and the Manager was immediately attentive. I told what was going on with my lunch. He apologized , asked which salad I had and referred me to the fuel desk for refund. I attempted to buy other food, but the cashier in the presence of the manager refused to let me pay for it. I am glad that I went back and gave them second chance. Rapid customer service changed my entire perspective about this Flying J.
